高(gao)低溫.高(gao)低溫濕熱(re).恒溫恒濕試驗箱設備(bei)品(pin)種(zhong)繁多(duo),但使(shi)用最廣(guang)泛的(de)設備(bei)為高(gao)(gao)低試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)箱,而現今比較(jiao)流行是集合(he)了高(gao)(gao)溫、低溫、濕熱為一體的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)箱—高(gao)(gao)低溫濕熱試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)箱,它的(de)修理難(nan) 度較(jiao)其它設備(bei)大,且具有代表(biao)性。下面就(jiu)高(gao)(gao)低溫試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)箱為例,談一談高(gao)(gao)低溫濕熱試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)箱的(de)構(gou)造及一些(xie)常見故障和排除方法。
(一)、常見高(gao)低溫試驗箱的構造
試驗(yan)人員除(chu)正(zheng)確按操作(zuo)規程操作(zuo),還應該(gai)對其(qi)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)有所(suo)了解。高低溫(wen)(wen)濕(shi)(shi)熱(re)(re)(re)試驗(yan)箱由箱體、風(feng)循環系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、制(zhi)冷(leng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、加(jia)溫(wen)(wen)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)和(he)(he)控(kong)濕(shi)(shi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)組(zu)成。風(feng)循環系(xi)(xi)統(tong)一(yi)般采用(yong)可調節送風(feng)方(fang)向的結(jie)(jie)構(gou);加(jia)濕(shi)(shi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)有采用(yong)鍋(guo)爐加(jia)濕(shi)(shi)的和(he)(he)表面蒸發二種;降溫(wen)(wen)、去(qu)濕(shi)(shi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)采用(yong)空調工(gong)況制(zhi)冷(leng)結(jie)(jie)構(gou);加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)采用(yong)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)鰭片(pian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)和(he)(he)電(dian)爐絲直(zhi)接加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二種 結(jie)(jie)構(gou);溫(wen)(wen)濕(shi)(shi)度測(ce)試方(fang)法采用(yong)干濕(shi)(shi)球測(ce)試方(fang)法,也(ye)有用(yong)濕(shi)(shi)度傳感器直(zhi)接測(ce)量方(fang)法;控(kong)制(zhi)和(he)(he)顯示操作(zuo)界面采用(yong)溫(wen)(wen)濕(shi)(shi)度分(fen)開獨(du)立和(he)(he)溫(wen)(wen)濕(shi)(shi)度組(zu)合控(kong)制(zhi)器等方(fang)式。
(二)高低溫試驗(yan)箱的一些常見(jian)故障和排除方法:
1.在高(gao)溫(wen)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,如(ru)(ru)溫(wen)度(du)(du)變(bian)化達不到試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)溫(wen)度(du)(du)值(zhi)時,可以檢查電(dian)器系統,逐一(yi)排除故障(zhang)(zhang)。如(ru)(ru)溫(wen)度(du)(du)升(sheng)得很慢,就要查看(kan)風循(xun)(xun)環系統,看(kan)一(yi)下風循(xun)(xun)環的(de)調節擋板是(shi)否開啟正常,反之,就檢查風循(xun)(xun)環的(de)電(dian)機運轉(zhuan)是(shi)否正常。如(ru)(ru)溫(wen)度(du)(du)過(guo)沖厲害那么就需(xu)要整定PID?的(de)設置參數。如(ru)(ru)果溫(wen)度(du)(du)直接(jie)上升(sheng),過(guo)溫(wen)保護,那么,控制器出故? 障(zhang)(zhang),須更換控制儀表。
2.低溫(wen)(wen)達(da)不(bu)到試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)指標(biao),那你就(jiu)要(yao)(yao)觀察(cha)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)的(de)(de)變化,是溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)降(jiang)的(de)(de)很(hen)慢,還(huan)是溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)到一定值(zhi)后(hou)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)有回升的(de)(de)趨勢,前(qian)者就(jiu)要(yao)(yao)檢查一下,做低溫(wen)(wen)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)前(qian)是否將(jiang)工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)烘干,使工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)保持(chi)干燥(zao)后(hou)再(zai)將(jiang)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)樣品(pin)放(fang)(fang)入(ru)工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)內再(zai)做試驗(yan)(yan)(yan),高(gao)低溫(wen)(wen)濕熱試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)箱工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)內的(de)(de)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)樣品(pin)是否放(fang)(fang)置(zhi)的(de)(de)過多,使工(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)(shi)內的(de)(de)風不(bu)能充分循環。在(zai)排除上述原(yuan)因后(hou),就(jiu)要(yao)(yao)考慮(lv)是否是制冷系統中(zhong)的(de)(de)故障了,這樣就(jiu)要(yao)(yao)請廠家的(de)(de)專業人員(yuan)進(jin)行檢修。后(hou)者的(de)(de)現象是設備(bei)的(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)環境不(bu)好所致,設備(bei)放(fang)(fang)置(zhi)的(de)(de)環境溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du),放(fang)(fang)置(zhi)的(de)(de)位置(zhi)(箱體后(hou)與(yu)墻的(de)(de)距離(li))要(yao)(yao)滿足要(yao)(yao)求(在(zai)設備(bei)操作(zuo)使用(yong)(yong)說明中(zhong)都有規定)。
