     溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)試(shi)驗(yan)中有(you)(you)關試(shi)驗(yan)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)下的(de)(de)(de)持續時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)確定常以試(shi)驗(yan)樣(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)在(zai)該溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)下達到(dao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)穩(wen)定為準。由于產(chan)品(pin)(pin)結構和材料以及試(shi)驗(yan)設備能力的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)同(tong),不(bu)(bu)同(tong)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)在(zai)同(tong)一溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)下達到(dao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)穩(wen)定的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)是不(bu)(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)。當(dang)把試(shi)驗(yan)樣(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)(de)表面(mian)被加熱量(liang) ( 或冷卻(que) ) ,然(ran)后逐漸傳(chuan)到(dao)試(shi)驗(yan)樣(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)內部(bu)。這(zhe)樣(yang)(yang)一個導熱過程是一個穩(wen)定導熱過程,試(shi)驗(yan)樣(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)內部(bu)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)達到(dao)熱平衡要比試(shi)驗(yan)樣(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)表面(mian)達到(dao)熱平衡的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)存(cun)在(zai)一個時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)滯,這(zhe)個時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)滯就是溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)穩(wen)定時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)。對無法測量(liang)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)穩(wen)定的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)樣(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)規定了所需最(zui)短(duan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian),即在(zai)不(bu)(bu)工(gong)作(zuo)狀態下,無法測量(liang)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)穩(wen)定最(zui)短(duan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)為 3 小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),在(zai)工(gong)作(zuo)狀態下,溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)穩(wen)定最(zui)短(duan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)為 2 小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),在(zai)實際(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)中,我們就以 2 小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)當(dang)作(zuo)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)穩(wen)定時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)。當(dang)試(shi)驗(yan)樣(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)達到(dao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)穩(wen)定后,如果(guo)試(shi)驗(yan)樣(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)周圍溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)突然(ran)變(bian)化時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),處于熱平衡狀態下的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)樣(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)也(ye)相(xiang)應地存(cun)在(zai)一個時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)滯,即在(zai)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)很短(duan)的(de)(de)(de)情況下,試(shi)驗(yan)樣(yang)(yang)品(pin)(pin)內部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)不(bu)(bu)至(zhi)于有(you)(you)太大的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化。 
     在(zai)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過程中,如果遇到突然停水、停電(dian)或試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)設(she)備(bei)故(gu)障的情況,我(wo)們首先(xian)應(ying)密閉試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)箱(xiang)門,因為試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)設(she)備(bei)突然停止運行時,只(zhi)要密閉箱(xiang)門,試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)箱(xiang)門的溫度不會急劇地(di)變(bian)化,在(zai)時間(jian)很短(duan)的情況下,試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)樣(yang)品內部的溫度也不會有太大的變(bian)化;然后,確定(ding)(ding)這次中斷(duan)是否對試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)樣(yang)品造(zao)(zao)成影(ying)響(xiang),如果對試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)樣(yang)品沒有造(zao)(zao)成影(ying)響(xiang),并且試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)設(she)備(bei)能夠(gou)在(zai)短(duan)時間(jian)內恢復正(zheng)常工(gong)作,我(wo)們就可以按照 GJB 150 所(suo)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)的欠(qian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)條件中斷(duan)的處(chu)理(li)方法繼續進(jin)行試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan),除非試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)的中斷(duan)對試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)樣(yang)品造(zao)(zao)成了一定(ding)(ding)的影(ying)響(xiang)。

什(shen)么(me)是LED?
發(fa)光(guang)(guang)(guang)二極管(guan)(Light Emitting Diode,LED),是一種特殊的(de)(de)二極管(guan),加正向電壓時,發(fa)光(guang)(guang)(guang)二極管(guan)能發(fa)出(chu)單色(se)、不(bu)連續的(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang),這是電致(zhi)發(fa)光(guang)(guang)(guang)效(xiao)(xiao)應的(de)(de)一種。改變所采用(yong)半導體材料的(de)(de)化(hua)學組成成分,可使(shi)發(fa)光(guang)(guang)(guang)二極管(guan)發(fa)出(chu)在近紫(zi)外(wai)線(xian)、可見光(guang)(guang)(guang)或(huo)紅外(wai)線(xian)的(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)。初(chu)時多用(yong)作(zuo)為指示(shi)燈(deng)、顯示(shi)板等(deng);隨(sui)著白光(guang)(guang)(guang)LED的(de)(de)出(chu)現,也(ye)被(bei)用(yong)作(zuo)照明。它被(bei)譽為21世紀的(de)(de)新型(xing)光(guang)(guang)(guang)源(yuan),具有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)率高,壽命長,不(bu)易破損等(deng)傳(chuan)統(tong)光(guang)(guang)(guang)源(yuan)無法與之比較的(de)(de)優(you)點。
依亮度區(qu)分一般亮度:
1-傳(chuan)統(tong)LED(由(you)GaP、GaAsP等材料構成(cheng))
2-高亮度(du)LED(由AlGaAs材料構成(cheng))
3-超高亮度LED等材(cai)料構成。
☆.紅外(wai)線二(er)極管IRED:不同(tong)于發(fa)射之(zhi)紅外(wai)線為不可見光,不同(tong)之(zhi)應(ying)用(yong)。
 
LED可靠度試驗說明:
LED最初的開(kai)發是在(zai)1960年代(dai),當時是運(yun)用(yong)在(zai)交(jiao)通號(hao)志(zhi)或是民生用(yong)品上(shang),直到(dao)近年才運(yun)用(yong)在(zai)照明以及當作替代(dai)燈源。
 
LED壽(shou)命補充資料:
1.LED的(de)節溫(wen)(Junction Temp.)越低LED的(de)壽命越久,相對的(de)節溫(wen)越高壽命越短
2.LED在高溫下的(de)壽命74℃10000小時、63℃25000小時
3.LED光源(yuan)屬于工業產品,所以需要擁有35000小時(shi)的壽命(保證使用時(shi)間)
4.一般電燈燈源(yuan)壽(shou)命(ming)約1000小(xiao)時
5. 6.LED路燈壽命需求(qiu)50000小時以上
