風冷恒溫恒濕試驗箱和水冷恒溫恒濕試驗箱的優缺點:
風冷(leng)(leng)(leng)式(shi)(shi):優點(dian):采用(yong)(yong)空(kong)氣冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻方式(shi)(shi),省去了冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻水(shui)(shui)系(xi)統所必不(bu)(bu)可少的(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻塔(ta)、冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)和管道系(xi)統,避免水(shui)(shui)質過差地區造成(cheng)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)結垢、水(shui)(shui)管堵塞,還節約了水(shui)(shui)資(zi)源(yuan),是目前冷(leng)(leng)(leng)水(shui)(shui)空(kong)調(diao)設備產品中(zhong),保養維修最經(jing)濟、簡(jian)單的(de)機(ji)種。風冷(leng)(leng)(leng)式(shi)(shi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(qi)(qi)(室溫控制(zhi)在30℃以內)運用(yong)(yong)室溫交替(ti)輔(fu)助(zhu)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng),是一種專與半封閉(bi)壓縮機(ji)配套的(de)散熱(re)器(qi)(qi),采用(yong)(yong)不(bu)(bu)銹鋼釬焊板式(shi)(shi)。
水(shui)冷恒溫恒濕試驗箱水(shui)冷式(shi):優點:優異的(de)散熱性能,高可靠性,且對環境適應(ying)能力強(qiang),(適合大型的(de)機組設(she)備)。
1、水冷式(shi)殼管式(shi)換熱器1.殼管式(shi)冷凝(ning)器由承壓殼體和高效外螺紋紫銅換熱管組(zu)成(cheng),需配置冷卻塔。
2.配備(bei)的冷卻水系統由冷卻塔,循環(huan)管(guan)(guan)道泵及配套管(guan)(guan)件、閥門(men)組成(cheng)。
4.冷凝(ning)器端蓋(gai)底部(bu)設計(ji)排水孔(kong),冬(dong)季(ji)長(chang)期不使用時(shi)可以將冷凝(ning)器中的水放盡,避免低溫損(sun)壞(huai)換熱器、閥門及管(guan)道。
水(shui)冷(leng)恒溫恒濕(shi)試驗箱水(shui)冷(leng)式(shi)缺點:一定要安裝電子水(shui)處理(li)儀,或強磁水(shui)處理(li)儀,不然(ran)散熱效(xiao)率衰減太大(da),使用時間越(yue)長(chang),系統的(de)效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)越(yue)差(cha),每(mei)年的(de)水(shui)處理(li)成本高,效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)不可能達到100%的(de)除垢(gou)。冷(leng)卻循環水(shui)水(shui)質(zhi)是(shi)關鍵。因為使用了液(ye)體介質(zhi)來傳導熱量所(suo)以就會存在一定的(de)風險,一旦管道和接頭出現破損(sun)就會造成液(ye)體的(de)泄漏從而使電器元件(jian)短路燒毀。
