高低溫實驗箱溫度偏(pian)差指(zhi)標(biao)說明:
一、起因:試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)設備(bei)的(de)校準(zhun),有些技術指標,各個版本的(de)國家標準(zhun)并(bing)不(bu)統一,這就造成了一些麻煩。比如溫度(du)偏差(cha)這個指標,JJF1101-2003《環(huan)境(jing)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)設備(bei)溫度(du)、濕度(du)校準(zhun)規(gui)范》和GB/T 5170.2-2008《電(dian)工電(dian)子產(chan)品環(huan)境(jing)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)設備(bei)檢(jian)驗(yan)(yan)方法 溫度(du)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)設備(bei)》,這兩個標準(zhun)里(li)面的(de)規(gui)定就是(shi)天差(cha)地別。下(xia)面說說溫度(du)偏差(cha),濕度(du)偏差(cha)也是(shi)同樣(yang)的(de)情況,就不(bu)多說了:
二、定(ding)義:
1、JJF1101-2003《環境(jing)(jing)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)設(she)備(bei)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)、濕度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)校準規范(fan)》: 環境(jing)(jing)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)設(she)備(bei)在穩定(ding)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態下,顯(xian)示溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)平均值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)與(yu)工作(zuo)空間(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)點(dian)(dian)(dian)實(shi)測溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)平均值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)差值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。(注:這(zhe)里的(de)顯(xian)示溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)平均值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)指(zhi)設(she)備(bei)控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)儀表的(de)顯(xian)示溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)平均值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)) 2、GB/T 5170.2-2008《電工電子產品環境(jing)(jing)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)設(she)備(bei)檢(jian)驗(yan)方法 溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)設(she)備(bei)》: 高低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(室)穩定(ding)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態下,工作(zuo)空間(jian)各測量點(dian)(dian)(dian)在規定(ding)時間(jian)內實(shi)測最(zui)高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)和(he)最(zui)低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)與(yu)標稱(cheng)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)的(de)上下偏差。 三、區別要(yao)點(dian)(dian)(dian): 1、JJF1101-2003《環境(jing)(jing)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)設(she)備(bei)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)、濕度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)校準規范(fan)》:基準點(dian)(dian)(dian)是工作(zuo)空間(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)點(dian)(dian)(dian)實(shi)測溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)平均值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),考(kao)核對象是設(she)備(bei)控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)儀表顯(xian)示溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)平均值(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),考(kao)核其與(yu)基準點(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)偏離程度(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)。
顯然,這跟溫度均勻度,沒有半點關系。這和GB/T 5170.2-2008里面的溫度指示誤差指標類似,但基準點有區別, GB/T 5170.2-2008里面規定的基準點是設備工作空間全部測量點的溫度測量平均值。 2、GB/T 5170.2-2008《電工電子產品環境試驗設備檢驗方法溫度試驗設備》:基準點是標稱溫度(也就是你要做的試驗溫度,一般情況下等效于設定值),考核對象是工作空間各個測量點(比如小設備就是9個測試點),考核其與基準點的偏離程度。從中可以看出,這已經包含了溫度均勻度,如果均勻度不好,那溫度偏差肯定達不到。 綜合來看,執行JJF1101-2003的話,高低溫實驗箱溫度偏差指標很容易實現,因為它只考核設備控溫儀表顯示溫度平均值;相比較而言,執行GB/T 5170.2-2008,溫度偏差指標的實現就要困難一些,因為它要考核工作空間的各個測量點。 四、執行情況: 就目前我們掌握的情況,各省市的計量院所,一般按照JJF1101-2003執行;而航空航天軍工方面的,一般按照GB/T 5170.2-2008執行。
