在(zai)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)過程中(zhong),如(ru)果遇到突然(ran)停水、停電或試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)設(she)備(bei)故障的(de)(de)情況(kuang),我(wo)們(men)首先應密(mi)閉試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)箱(xiang)門(men),因為試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)設(she)備(bei)突然(ran)停止運行(xing)(xing)時,只要密(mi)閉箱(xiang)門(men),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)箱(xiang)門(men)的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)不會急劇(ju)地變化(hua),在(zai)時間(jian)很短的(de)(de)情況(kuang)下,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)樣品內(nei)部的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)也不會有太大的(de)(de)變化(hua);然(ran)后,確(que)定(ding)這次(ci)中(zhong)斷(duan)(duan)是否對試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)樣品造(zao)成影(ying)響(xiang),如(ru)果對試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)樣品沒有造(zao)成影(ying)響(xiang),并且試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)設(she)備(bei)能(neng)夠在(zai)短時間(jian)內(nei)恢復正常工作,我(wo)們(men)就(jiu)可以(yi)按(an)照 GJB 150 所規定(ding)的(de)(de)欠(qian)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)條(tiao)件中(zhong)斷(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)處理方(fang)法繼續進行(xing)(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan),除非試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)的(de)(de)中(zhong)斷(duan)(duan)對試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)樣品造(zao)成了一定(ding)的(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang)。

什(shen)么(me)是LED?
發(fa)(fa)光(guang)二(er)(er)極(ji)管(guan)(Light Emitting Diode,LED),是(shi)一(yi)種特殊的(de)二(er)(er)極(ji)管(guan),加正(zheng)向電壓時,發(fa)(fa)光(guang)二(er)(er)極(ji)管(guan)能(neng)發(fa)(fa)出單(dan)色、不連續的(de)光(guang),這(zhe)是(shi)電致發(fa)(fa)光(guang)效應的(de)一(yi)種。改變所采(cai)用(yong)(yong)半(ban)導體(ti)材(cai)料的(de)化學組成(cheng)成(cheng)分,可(ke)(ke)使發(fa)(fa)光(guang)二(er)(er)極(ji)管(guan)發(fa)(fa)出在近紫外線(xian)、可(ke)(ke)見光(guang)或紅(hong)外線(xian)的(de)光(guang)。初時多用(yong)(yong)作(zuo)為(wei)指示燈、顯示板等;隨(sui)著白(bai)光(guang)LED的(de)出現,也被(bei)用(yong)(yong)作(zuo)照明。它被(bei)譽為(wei)21世紀的(de)新(xin)型光(guang)源,具有效率高,壽命長,不易破損等傳統光(guang)源無法與之比較(jiao)的(de)優點。
依亮(liang)度區分一般(ban)亮(liang)度:
1-傳(chuan)統LED(由GaP、GaAsP等材料(liao)構成)
2-高亮度(du)LED(由(you)AlGaAs材料構成(cheng))
3-超高(gao)亮(liang)度LED等材(cai)料構(gou)成(cheng)。
☆.紅(hong)(hong)外線二極管IRED:不同于發(fa)射(she)之紅(hong)(hong)外線為不可見光,不同之應(ying)用。
