(一)、常見(jian)高低溫(wen)試(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)的構造

(二)高(gao)低(di)溫試驗箱(xiang)的一(yi)些常見故障和(he)排除方法:
1.在高溫(wen)試(shi)驗(yan)中,如(ru)溫(wen)度變化達(da)不到(dao)試(shi)驗(yan)溫(wen)度值時,可以檢(jian)查電器系統,逐一排除故(gu)障。如(ru)溫(wen)度升(sheng)得很慢,就要查看風(feng)循(xun)(xun)環(huan)系統,看一下風(feng)循(xun)(xun)環(huan)的(de)調節(jie)擋板是(shi)(shi)否(fou)開啟正(zheng)常,反之,就檢(jian)查風(feng)循(xun)(xun)環(huan)的(de)電機運轉是(shi)(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)常。如(ru)溫(wen)度過沖厲害那么就需要整定PID?的(de)設置參數(shu)。如(ru)果(guo)溫(wen)度直接上升(sheng),過溫(wen)保護,那么,控(kong)制器出(chu)故(gu)? 障,須更換控(kong)制儀(yi)表。
