恒(heng)(heng)溫恒(heng)(heng)濕(shi)箱(xiang)(xiang)是指能同時(shi)施加溫度、溫度應力(li)的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗箱(xiang)(xiang)。隨著(zhu)我國(guo)工(gong)業產(chan)(chan)品研制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)需要(yao),近幾年(nian)來,我國(guo)從國(guo)外引進(jin)了(le)(le)大批試(shi)驗系(xi)統,為(wei)我國(guo)工(gong)業產(chan)(chan)品的(de)(de)(de)研制(zhi)和定(ding)型發揮了(le)(le)重要(yao)作用,但由于其本(ben)身的(de)(de)(de)復雜性,使得試(shi)驗箱(xiang)(xiang)在運行(xing)中出現了(le)(le)許多問題(ti),而(er)且出現了(le)(le)問題(ti)不能及(ji)時(shi)解決,大大延長了(le)(le)試(shi)驗周期,影響了(le)(le)產(chan)(chan)品的(de)(de)(de)研制(zhi)工(gong)作。而(er)產(chan)(chan)生這些現象的(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)因(yin)是對綜(zong)(zong)合試(shi)驗的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作原(yuan)理(li)不了(le)(le)解。為(wei)此,我們對試(shi)驗箱(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)本(ben)工(gong)作原(yuan)理(li)作出了(le)(le)一些簡(jian)要(yao)闡(chan)述(shu),并介紹如(ru)何(he)對綜(zong)(zong)合試(shi)驗箱(xiang)(xiang)試(shi)驗設備的(de)(de)(de)故(gu)障(zhang)進(jin)行(xing)分析和判(pan)斷。
1.恒溫(wen)(wen)恒濕箱(xiang)的原(yuan)理:綜(zong)合試(shi)驗箱(xiang)由制(zhi)冷系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),加熱系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),控制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),溫(wen)(wen)度(du)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)空氣循(xun)環系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),和傳感器系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)等(deng)組成,上述系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)分屬電(dian)氣和機械制(zhi)冷兩大方面。下面初步敘述幾個主要系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的工作原(yuan)理和工作過程。
2.1制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系(xi)統:制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系(xi)統是(shi)(shi)(shi)綜(zong)合試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)鍵部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)之(zhi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)。一(yi)(yi)(yi)般(ban)來(lai)說,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)方式(shi)都是(shi)(shi)(shi)機(ji)(ji)械制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)以(yi)及輔助液氮(dan)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng),機(ji)(ji)械制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)采(cai)用蒸(zheng)汽(qi)壓(ya)縮式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng),它們主要由(you)壓(ya)縮機(ji)(ji),冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器,節流機(ji)(ji)構和蒸(zheng)發(fa)器組成,由(you)于我們試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)要達到-55℃,單級制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)難以(yi)滿(man)(man)足滿(man)(man)足要求,因此綜(zong)合試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)方式(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)般(ban)采(cai)用復疊(die)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)。下面以(yi)我公司(si)(東莞(guan)市恒工設備有(you)限公司(si))生產的(de)(de)(de)(de)綜(zong)合試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系(xi)統為列做簡要介紹(shao),它由(you)兩(liang)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)組成,分(fen)(fen)別(bie)稱為高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)和低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen),每(mei)一(yi)(yi)(yi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)相對獨立(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)系(xi)統。高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)中制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(HP80)的(de)(de)(de)(de)蒸(zheng)發(fa)吸(xi)收來(lai)自(zi)低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑(R23)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱量而汽(qi)化;低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑的(de)(de)(de)(de)蒸(zheng)發(fa)則從被冷(leng)(leng)卻的(de)(de)(de)(de)對象(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)內的(de)(de)(de)(de)空氣)吸(xi)熱以(yi)獲取冷(leng)(leng)量。高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)和低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)之(zhi)間是(shi)(shi)(shi)用一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)蒸(zheng)發(fa)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器聯系(xi)起來(lai),它既是(shi)(shi)(shi)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器,也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器。BE-TH系(xi)列試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑采(cai)用中溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑HP80,低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑是(shi)(shi)(shi)采(cai)用低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)劑R23,箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)內溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度能達到-70℃.
2.2加(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)(tong):試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)的加(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)相對制冷系(xi)統(tong)(tong)而(er)(er)言,是比(bi)較簡單。它主要(yao)有(you)大功(gong)率電阻絲組成,由于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)要(yao)求的升溫(wen)速率較大,因此(ci)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)的加(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)功(gong)率都(dou)比(bi)較大,而(er)(er)且在試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)箱(xiang)(xiang)的底(di)板也設有(you)加(jia)熱(re)器。
2.3控(kong)制(zhi)系統:控(kong)制(zhi)系統是綜(zong)合試驗箱(xiang)的(de)核心,它決定了試驗箱(xiang)的(de)升溫速率,精度等(deng)重要(yao)指標。現在(zai)試驗箱(xiang)的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)器大都采(cai)用(yong)PID控(kong)制(zhi),也有少部分采(cai)用(yong)PID與模糊控(kong)制(zhi)相組(zu)合的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)方式。由(you)于(yu)控(kong)制(zhi)系統基本上屬于(yu)軟件的(de)范疇,而且此部分在(zai)使用(yong)過程中(zhong),一般不會出(chu)現問題,因(yin)此,本文(wen)不對(dui)控(kong)制(zhi)系統作太多(duo)的(de)介紹。
2.4溫度系統(tong)(tong):溫度系統(tong)(tong)分為(wei)加濕和(he)除濕兩個子系統(tong)(tong)。
冷(leng)熱沖擊試(shi)驗箱(xiang)試(shi)驗箱(xiang)的加濕(shi)(shi)(shi)方式一般采用蒸汽加濕(shi)(shi)(shi)法,即將低壓蒸汽直接注入試(shi)驗空間(jian)加濕(shi)(shi)(shi)。這種加濕(shi)(shi)(shi)方法加濕(shi)(shi)(shi)能力,速度快,加濕(shi)(shi)(shi)控制(zhi)靈敏,尤其在降溫時容(rong)易實現強制(zhi)加濕(shi)(shi)(shi)。
試驗(yan)箱的(de)除濕(shi)(shi)方式有(you)兩種:機械制冷除濕(shi)(shi)和干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)除濕(shi)(shi)。機械制冷除濕(shi)(shi)的(de)除濕(shi)(shi)原理是將空氣冷卻到露點溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)以(yi)下,使(shi)大于飽和含濕(shi)(shi)量的(de)水(shui)汽凝結析出,這樣(yang)就降低了(le)濕(shi)(shi)度(du)(du)。干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)器除濕(shi)(shi)是利(li)用氣泵將試驗(yan)箱內的(de)空氣抽出,并將干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)的(de)空氣注入,同時將濕(shi)(shi)空氣送入可循環(huan)利(li)用的(de)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)進(jin)行干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)完后(hou)又送入試驗(yan)箱內,如此反復循環(huan)進(jin)行除濕(shi)(shi)。現在大部(bu)分綜合試驗(yan)箱采用前一種除濕(shi)(shi)方式法,后(hou)一種的(de)除濕(shi)(shi)方法,可以(yi)使(shi)露點溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)達(da)到0℃一下。適用于有(you)特殊要(yao)求(qiu)的(de)場(chang)合,但(dan)費用較貴(gui)。
2.5傳感(gan)器系(xi)統:試驗箱的(de)(de)(de)傳感(gan)器主要是溫(wen)度(du)和(he)濕度(du)傳感(gan)器。溫(wen)度(du)傳感(gan)器應用較(jiao)多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)是鉑電組和(he)熱電偶(ou)。濕度(du)的(de)(de)(de)測(ce)量(liang)方法(fa)(fa)有(you)兩種:干(gan)濕球(qiu)溫(wen)度(du)計法(fa)(fa)和(he)固態電子式傳感(gan)器直接測(ce)量(liang)法(fa)(fa)。由于干(gan)濕球(qiu)法(fa)(fa)測(ce)量(liang)精度(du)不高,現在的(de)(de)(de)試驗箱正逐步的(de)(de)(de)以(yi)固態傳感(gan)器代替(ti)干(gan)濕球(qiu)來進行濕度(du)的(de)(de)(de)測(ce)量(liang)。
2.6空(kong)氣循(xun)環(huan)(huan)系(xi)統(tong):空(kong)氣循(xun)環(huan)(huan)系(xi)統(tong)一(yi)般有離(li)心式風扇和(he)驅動其運轉的(de)電(dian)機構成。它提供了試驗箱內空(kong)氣的(de)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)。
